Operations Manager

As treasurer of HDDA, Josh is responsible for assisting the executive director with HDDA’s records. He ensures that the organization’s books, reports, statements, and all other HDDA documents and records are properly filed and kept according to law.

Josh has been in the horizontal directional drilling (HDD) industry for 16 years. He is the operations manager for Online Directional Boring, a family-owned, turnkey HDD organization based in Houston, Texas. He worked his way into this position after first gaining valuable experience in various roles throughout the organization. He is currently responsible for sales, bidding jobs, purchasing materials and equipment, project billing and financials, and managing field operations.
